Manual Measurement Tolerance (±2-3cm)

All our products are measured by hand using a soft tape measure. Because fabrics stretch differently and different staff members take measurements,  please allow a tolerance of 2-3cm (approximately 1 inch) difference  in the length, bust, or waist specifications listed online.

• Example:  If the listed bust is 100cm, the actual item may be 98cm or 102cm. This is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Digital Color Variation

We work hard to photograph our items under natural daylight studio lamps to show true colors. However, as you know, different computer monitors, phone screens, and tablets display colors differently.

Therefore, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the following images.  A red dress might look slightly deeper on an OLED screen or slightly brighter on an LCD.
